Geneva Peace Week 2020

2 November 2020 - 6 November 2020
Online

Geneva Peace Week (GPW) is a leading annual forum in the international peacebuilding calendar, and the flagship event of the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform. This year, the forum will take place entirely online.

Sessions are organised by institutions and individuals in Geneva and around the world, and will be held under the official theme “Rebuilding trust after disruption: Pathways to reset international cooperation”. GPW20 aims to galvanise leadership, build trust and contribute to transforming international cooperation in the wake of COVID-19.

With peacebuilding priorities more urgent than ever, GPW20 will collectively reflect on questions including: What role should the peacebuilding community play in a new era of collaboration? How can peacebuilding actors and other partners gain strength, unity and vision to successfully build peace in a divided and turbulent world?

Further information on sessions and events will follow. The forum is free and open to the public, though registration for sessions may be required.
